The Unseen World Project

Using a magnifier to photograph plants and make impressionistic, obscure art pieces, The Unseen World Project is like a half-remembered dream. The magnifier allows for these native plants to be revealed in fine detail, while introducing a camera lens to this close-up realm results in blurry, indistinct images, full of colour and movement. This combination invites the viewer to enter the plant’s unseen world.
